Gov Cuomo's draconian SAFE act requires all NYS pistol permit holders to re-certify their permits every 5 years.

It took me an hour and a half to fill out the online form and submit it, using my new DSL connection.
The NY State Police are now charged with the re-certification process. I don't know what they'll require in addition to the form I filled out, but I'll update this thread if/when they kick my door in...
