Usually the best place in Phoenix is at one of the Crossroads shows in Mesa or at the Fair Grounds. There are usually a few for sale at any of these and they are held almost monthly. By far the best place is the SAR building during the 3-day Crossroads show every December. I sold 5 there this year and bought a couple before I ran out of money.
