I assume it's a German C96 imported from China, but not a Chinese "knock-off" C96. Original Chinese knock-off in mostly matching condition can sell $600-$2000 (depends on detail). Those are considered being collector items. It's uncommon to see those being rebored to 9mm. Very rare to see those in NRA VG condition.
What really common are German C96 imported from China (partially because German production volume was much higher than Chinese, partially because German C96 lasted longer), especially three variations: standard C96, Bolo, and M1930. Many of those are rebored in the US in the past 30 years. Those are shooters (I mean, pure shooters). Value not high in theory, but I also saw they could be pumped to $2000 occasionally. But in most cases, under $1000. Some relatively neat ones can go $1200, also depends on their appearance, more or less attractive, etc.
