I believe that all of the CMP offerings of M1 Carbines and M1 Garand battle rifles will be limited in the future because all of the ones the US government loaned other governments have been brought back home.

That leaves only the rifles that the government transferred or sold to other governments. Of those, the most visible have been the ones sold to Korea.

This article summarizes some of the efforts to permit import of these rifles and carbines and some of the myriad of regulations that have them barred from re-entering the USA. :
