Somebody from the Facebook group "you Know You Grew Up in Ithaca If..." posted it. It is way too dark, too. Like I said, I'll get a better shot this late fall or winter! I frequent the Lincoln Street Diner (one of very few real diners that remain here...they roast their own turkey for Wednesday's special...and make their own mashed potatoes), which is located at the base of the hill on which the Ithaca Gun Company was located.
I'll retract my statement about the non-existence of structures that remain from the factory. The tunnel for taking in water from Fall Creek is still there. If one negotiates its dark, watery length, its inlet leads to a level between two sets of precipitous water falls that is otherwise inaccessible. Neat!
