Terrible news indeed.
I saw some scenes on TV yesterday. The biggest problems, in my opinion, is the lack of effective action against ISIS and other terrorist organizations. In this point, I agree with Sergio: there is no room for dialog and you can't fight terror with candles and peace rallies.
