We check all our holsters for size & fitting before we send them out to our customers which rather raises my concerns?

Roscoe..Perhaps you should check the barrel lengths of your pistols and see if they have been modified i.e. not standard issue! Blame the customer? Cheesy to say the least.

This has been a common complaint for years. I have had many CMR holsters through my shop with this condition. To deny it makes you and your company ...well you figure it out.

The Germans must have had this happen on occasion too..I think they solved it in WW2 holsters by making the nose a little long. I often see a half inch of rag stuffed into the muzzle end of holsters.
