BTW, the magazine in the Swiss is a new MEC-GAR that worked well with the unit... it has the recently deep dished knobs modification... works great at the range.. very positive feel... GT
It IS snug...but slick. I had quite a few failures of the toggle to snap home...at first. A touch of my thumb seated the toggle. After about 20-25 rounds, the toggle started seating without assistance. No more issues. Damn, this thing shoots well!

G.T. did some incredible work on this pistol. And I got to see several early mint P38s and a gorgeous Kreighoff P08 from Gerald's collection when I visited. I'll be back later with the finished gun; we gotta shoot it together after a lunch of man-food and Mexican Cokes.

Perfect receiver to frame fit. Nice work Gerald!
