Eric, I doubt it.

Te papers were issued at a field officer level to permit the soldier to re-enter the USA with his captured firearm.

It wasn't US Government property and our government had no need to track it.

We've always had an aversion to "registration" in any form, so I doubt any further record was made of the gun.
