Default Captain Richard Alkin and his Webley-Fosbery
Captain Richard Ley Alkin was an O.B.E during WWI. (Officer of the British Empire). He was twice mentioned in dispatches. Attached are Captain Alkin's requests to join the Territorial Force, his medical evaluation, photos of his Webley-Fosbery, and a photo of Captain Richard Alkin himself.

If anyone is interested in a small pdf presentation with more details I would be happy to provide. These are some amazing documents.
