This one is a little different. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/410...r-single-stack This style works similarly to the snail drum loader, pushing the last round down enough to allow insertion of the next under the narrow lips at the rear. I suppose the drum mag loader would save the expense, although it's only ten bucks! For cleaning the inside of the tube, I use needle-nosed spring clamps which can reach thru the follower slot and hold it all the way down.
