See if the mag safety has been cut - a close up of it from a couple of angles could tell us (as its rare to find one intact).

the white dot and the red dot are reminiscent of a P38 - almost sure it is post war - the luger never had a red dot

the markings look like Vopo, if so, then the sear and mag safety are usually disabled / taken off
