As with all things Luger, it is not quite that simple.
There are at least 3 distinct crimp/stab types on the DWM mags.
Early or very early ones = straight, similar to erfurt
later or mid production = "trapezoid" shape
late production= half moon

I have no idea what year, early, mid, or late is.

Very early is the 1900/1901; by 1920 for sure all are half circle.

Maybe someone else can fill in the "real" dates.
