I believe it is , it's easy for me to shoot as I have my own range in my back yard and I am surround by neighbors that know gunfire from my property is pretty much normal, I just had my first stove pipe and that I believe to be a magazine issue . this one will be a true keeper . really surprised since all of the mismatched parts but you never know .
