Don't be in a hurry, check also this site, sometimes members have Lugers for sale, and remember that it's best to ask questions before you buy anything.
In the meantime try to learn as much as possible from books and also from this site. The Luger has always been an amazing gun, its history and genious design are probably like no other firearm in the world. Try to strip one down and you'll immediately understand what I mean.
