I agree with the previous posts.

If you're looking for a shooter who cares about how many matching numbers you've got? A shooter should be basically "safe to shoot" and possibly pretty accurate.
If I were you I would simlpy look for an unmatching russian capture P.08 dated 1942 in good shape so I wouldn't overspend and I could enjoy it at the range.
More to that remember that old Lugers should never be fired with modern high speed and high power ammunition.
