Please Please Please read this whole article. Most importantly are 2 of the finest and covetted Lugers hands down. I was researching the Powell device on the 1902 cartridge counter of which there we 50 produced. Ron not only owns one but keeps track of these and what remains of the original thousand US Test Luger and holsters produced. Please read everything as this is so vital in luger evolution and history!
