] so I don't know if this is the same auction, but I got the June 26/27/28 2015 Regional Auction catalog about a week ago...340 pages...B&W...
Nothing I can't live without in this auction...
But what is odd is that I got an email from a RIAC 'Customer Service Representative' on the 11th 'reminding me' about the auction and that they sent me a catalog...
The really odd part is the
"CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE" at the end of the email...Saying that everything contained within was
"protected by and subject to the attorney-client privilege or be privileged work product or proprietary information."
Uh, I didn't appoint RIAC as my representative or agree to any secrecy clause...And there's nothing in the email that isn't on the RIAC site...
Anybody else get this BS email???
Seems counter productive...Telling prospective bidders to
NOT tell anyone else about the RIAC auction...
And that's all it is...Just a
reminder about the auction...
