We have our Ed Tinker, the (in)famous Eugene Golubstov (Lugerman), and Walter Smeddy (Mister Luger), and maybe more, actively involved in Luger-y activities, and located in the same general area of the state. I've been meaning to take a trip down there to descend upon all of them... What makes PA such a hotbed of the Parabellum?
