You did very well on this purchase.

Appears all matching and collectible. With magazine, tool and holster you purchased $800 or so below market values.

It was military accepted, and the black based magazine is considered matching for this gun.

The grips were not necessarily numbered on these 1942 guns made toward the end of production.

Use 0000 fine well oiled steel wool to gently remove the red oxide from the frame. Don't be too aggressive when cleaning this. Remember, it's been through a war...
