If part 25 is missing (take down lever or locking bolt) there is a good chance the take down lever spring is gone too. The original ones sometimes fit very well, but repos can come out if the bolt/lever is gone. That spring is a small wire looking spring bent in a 90 degree bend. Most exploded views dont even show it.
