One of our Canadian members here [aka "lugercollector"] actually manufactures longer-than-four-inch barrels for Lugers in your country, nice looking ones too. I think his company web page is in his member profile.

I actually prefer the 4 3/4" Finnish Luger barrels and 'square' front sight blades. Ed Tinker has a pic of a 6" Navy Luger in one of his albums; it looks really balanced, unlike the 4" barrel (to me, anyway).
