I'm guessing that it would take a hands-on inspection to be reasonably sure, but even then can an expert be absolutely 100% certain?
It's an interesting dilemma we create once we get so heavily invested in a couple of crudely stamped markings.
But, for whatever it is worth, to me it looks good.
