There are Vopos and there are Vopos. I usually select them on a rarity factor. There are many refurbished standard military P08's, mostly Mausers and DWMs. The more interesting guns have their East German markings intact, perhaps a few crown/U inspection proofs, and an interesting blend of history. Some remarkable variations I noticed: A crossed rifles VoPo, a first issue DWM VoPo, Marcs 1921 Reichswehr VoPo, VoPos with newly made DDR parts, etc...

The most interesting (and expensive) variation is the newly made batch of about 150 pistols, made around 1953. These have been selling in the 2000-range.
