Charlie, thank you for posting Franklin Roosevelt's D-Day Prayer. In all my years studying the WW2 history, this quote had escaped me. It was the first time I had ever seen or read it. Where oh where today, are the leaders of this caliber, or this wisdom, that this country once had?
Almighty God, it is my prayer that you focus our combined national attention on such a person who will lead this country in the direction you have chosen for the USA. Thy will and not our will be done.
God bless the USA, and the men and women who currently stand between us and those who would tear down our freedom, and way of life, and all those who have stood in their place in the past.
