This photo and other views of this revolver have been around on other gun forums for quite some time. The majority of folks vote for overcharge(double/triple) with a low loft fast powder that made critical mass when the primer ignited. A S&W N frame is a rugged revolver, but there are, obviously, limits to it's strength.
