Welcome aboard. I think that you are combining un-related terms. Straw refers to a light brown golden color that heat treating causes, generally seen on the DWM guns. Straw is the color.
"Hump" is generally used to describe a slight bump or bulge on the back of the barrel extension on the later Mauser mfg. guns, just behind the toggle pivot pin. The hump is designed to not allow the toggle pin to come out during normal firing function.
