That one is a little out of the ordinary. Supposedly it was one of a small group of low serial numbered Vickers produced for a special, but unknown, reason. If it was in the approx. 5XXX serial number range in that condition I doubt that it would have brought more than $7500-8000...but who knows, it is a very nice example so perhaps the value could be due to the condition.
