The middle toggle says Mauser in Farsi.
The text on the right side of the receiver says: Pistol Model 1314, the year of the Muslim calendar which, in years, started 622 years behind ours.
The Safe and Loaded indicators are also in Farsi.
Interestingly, the LP.08s were made primarily from DWM parts transferred to Mauser in 1930 or thereabouts.
