price check or reality check ?
Price check needed. Local gun store has a really nice looking Luger. I would like to get some idea of what a fair price might be. It is a Swiss 30 cal Luger. All matching parts with unnumbered wood base mag. Pistol has approx. 98+ on the bluing and about the same on the straw finished parts Mirror bore. What appears to be a proper holster in good to vg condition. Shop owner had a price of 2100.00 on it. Guy came in and told him that it is a rare 06/23 model. Shop owner immediately placed a price of 4300.00 on it. Do I need a price check or does he need a reality check ?? TIA Regards Mac
