Dip the tube feeding lips first into an appropriate solvent (Hoppe's #9 for instance), agitate slightly, take out of the solvent and drip dry... shake the excess out. Hold the magazine follower all the way down with the loading tool while you swab out the inside with a small cleaning rod with a couple of cleaning patches. Light gun oil and put the magazine back to work. This should keep your magazines clean and functional. Disassembly is not required unless they are in REALLY bad shape... in that case send them to GT.
I would not recommend that Luger magazines be disassembled by an amateur. Unless you are an expert like GT, you will never get the pins back in the way they were before disassembly...
My father once advised me, the only person who takes apart a wristwatch is a jeweler,... or a fool. I believe similar advice applies in this situation.
