it actually looks nicer in the large pics and with a bit more light he emailed me
I would guess made about 1929 - but that is a guess since we don't have records of what was produced. Heck, it has occurred to me and others that maybe the first 10k were made in the first couple of years and then the rest of them (many police) were made over the late 20's and early 30's.
