Then again, I have seen many pistols advertised as "Lugers", just because they are marked "9mm Luger". It could be a Luger, it could be a Jennings, just pick up the phone and check it out. You never know.

Curiosity got the best of me so took your advice and made the call, Doug was correct, it is not a Luger but a pistol chambered in 9mm Luger. It is a Hi-Point C9, which is Glock in appearance, with a polymer frame and a 3 1/2" barrel, these pistols sell new between $163.00 and $250.00 according to my search engine. No bargain but at least I will be able to sleep tonight.
