Having a sidecar adds a whole new perspective to this collectible. Some had a driven third wheel; the sidecar wheel was connected to the rear axle of the cycle (or had a full width rear differential). I can't tell if this is one of those, but that would definitely be cool!

Edit: I can see a brake drum on the sidecar wheel...That makes me think the third wheel
is driven...
And the VIN plate says '1941', so it's
not pre-war...
