Hugh..I have collected tools for quite awhile and this marking is unknown to me. Of course I havn't seen everything. Tools pretty much follow the marks on the side of the Luger pistol. Eagle 63 Eagle 655 stuff like that. Those were STANDARD marks. This appears to be way out of the norm. From the way it's stamped and from what I see..I don't know what it COULD be? IF it were original...

I have blown up your photo's and they are NOT clearly in focus. Blowing up pics do not improve visibility if focus is incorrect.
