It seems odd that it would have been published in English since it probably was printed in late 1900-early 1901...you would think it would have been in German since it still refers to the "Borchardt-Luger's System".

Ron, why wouldn't this have been for the 1900AE??? Being in English would seem to make perfect sense...Since the AE was targeted at American market...
