Cut/extract the entire page??? Not cut it up??? That sounds do-able.
I don't suppose it matters who you send them to, to be scanned.
I am presently scanning the articles full-page at 1700 x 2338 pixels per page in uncompressed BMP format. That keeps the picture quality intact.
