Ron Wood - Thank you for setting me straight about it BEING the P08! As a novice, I appreciate being as accurate as possible.
DavidJayUden - I bought this with the understanding that it was all original, matching numbers and original finish. Only the magazine was not original to the gun.
Norme - You are correct that it has not been retro-fitted with a hold open. Thanks for the info about it likely being issued to a Bavarian unit.
nukem556 - Funny you mention having "high standards" because I DO have a few including the 102 "Space Guns" :-) !
