I'm thinking AA#7 powder might be about perfect for .30 Luger...I hope to find out one day. I don't really want to shoot my 1900 much, but I think a 6in .30 would be a great flat-shooting field gun. I had a beautiful 6 in 1930's Pacific Arms barrel flat out destroyed during installation on a P08 upper by a so-called Luger "gunsmith" who shall remain nameless.....I have one more 6 in .30 barrel to work with....I need to give G.T. a ring and see if he can help.
