Seen this "BYF42" for sale and the picture shows a pouch (below the Luger). What's with this pouch? Is it for handcuffs perhaps?? I would find it very interesting if anyone with knowledge on the history/use of these items could share their thoughts. For what I know, they may not have anything to do with the Luger but never know!! I'll also post a better picture of the Luger. It looks too pretty to have original finish. Collectible or shooter??
