...and what to see. My friend Holger, the Erma author from Munich, needs advice or leads about firearms related attractions--museums, etc., for his upcoming trip through our West Coast and Southwest!

BTW I will be in the U.S. the upcoming five weeks traveling around the Southwest. Do you know any interesting museums or collections around guns to visit as it seems that the most interesting ones are far away from my travel route. My rough route will be San Francisco and Bay area, San Simeon, Yucca Valley, Phoenix, Tucson, Tombstone, El Paso, Santa Fe, Cortez, Moab, Panguitch, Kanab, Williams, Las Vegas, Porterville, Fresno, Lee Vining, Reno, Alturas, Klamath Falls, Roseburg, Crescent City, Eureka, Mendocino, Santa Rosa, Sacramento, Napa, San Francisco.

Although I've been to many of those places mentioned, I wasn't actively firearms oriented at that time, so I figured I elicit some suggestions from the forum. If he wants to see firearms, he's come to the right place--the good ol' U.S.A.!!!
