30 Luger/7.65 Parabellum is only 'expensive' if you buy Winchester. Fiocchi 30 Luger is the same as 9mm, dollar-wise. Midway has it periodically.
IF the ammunition prohibition ever ends, they show it at $22.69/50...It's in stock now, but that will likely change before the end of the day...
