The breechblocks(bolt) are the same for both calibers since the cartridge casehead is identical(size-wise) on both rounds. If you are planning on using only factory ammo, I would suggest that you try using the 9mm mainspring, as the 9mm cartridge is much more powerful than the 7.65Para round, and the lighter spring(7.65P) might allow battering of your toggle train when firing 9mm ammo. You will just have to experiment with it, as no two Lugers are the same. As to 9mm ammo, stay away from NATO, +P, and +P+.....way too hot for the Luger.
