Phil, I wish you
were associated with an auction house, as I have many questions. I wish ANY auction house officer would come in and explain their house's policies.
Also, it would help if you indicated in your profile where you live. City, location in the state, country if you're overseas, etc. Nearby members who're interested could then get in touch with you. I'd be happy to go with you to the auction if you'd pay my plane fare, motel room, and rental car.
