Okay... this IS the last photo update...

The external physical healing is about complete... but overcoming the underlying scar tissue to allow movement, and physical therapy will be ongoing for months yet... only a couple of degrees of movement of my thumb's top knuckle, compared to about 30 degrees of movement on the other hand. I still have a long row to hoe...

Thanks for hanging in there with me guys...

...and please don't try this at home... This is the result of an amateur on a closed course... imagine how bad it would be if a professional had been injured!
