It is Germany stamped, so it could be an old refurb. This guy is always high, but to my untrained Navy eyes, it looks good - perhaps too cleaned up around the ear area of the frame?

How do the 'M"s look to you?

I had a navy, sold it, one of the guns I wish I had kept / that and the fat barrel I sold
