Nope, not legal. The fine point here is that particular stocks, or their fairly accurate reproductions have been exempted from the no-stock rule, but only for the models of pistol which would originally have used that style. Navy stock with a Navy gun, Artie stock with an Artillery, and Carbine stock with a Carbine. Your stock looks closest in form to one for a Carbine, but apparently not close enough in form to be exempted--hence Dwight's "or any other Luger" comment on the other thread.
