Thank God for the internet! Where was luger collecting before both our luger sites, Gun Broker, on line gun auctions and only a few reference books written in the sixties. The first I believe was "luger Variations" written by Harry jones in 1959. I think Kenyon 'Luger at Random' and finally Jans' beautiful colllection really started and fueled the excitement! Every year new lugers surface and more books are written! That is evidence of the our continuing interest and addiction. Every year more previously undiscovered lugers surface and more variations are identified. Its like luger prospecting and the well never runs dry. Unlike gold and other commodites their value and interest never seems to go down! New collectors are born and then surface!~~Still the best investment~~Eric
