Hi James, and welcome to the forum!

If you do become interested in collecting Lugers, I suggest that you attend "Luger University"...

In addition to reading what you can find here, it consists of acquiring some of the better Luger reference books for the specific period(s) you're interested in.

Investment in the books and adequate study will save you much more than the books cost down the line...

And... you'll know more of the history and specific characteristics of Lugers!

Please share your new Luger when it arrives (photos are appreciated here...)
