That's cool. I like the look of the [original] 12" Luger carbine barrel with the full-length forearm (and Schnabel tip).
Do we have a pic of your carbine here somewhere???

If I could suggest...Start a new thread detailing your work as you progress. If you post the pics to an album you can post remarks and link the pics as you go along.

Fabrication threads are cool. I have a couple here, but as quite a few of my recent projects are making carbines out of 'bubba-ized' military rifles, they're not appropriate for a Luger forum.
